Navigating Loss & Grief
Grief is a universal language, yet it is spoken in many different dialects. Sometimes it follows the death of a loved one, leaving a silence where a voice used to be. Other times, it is a “living grief”—the loss of a career, the end of a marriage, the fading of physical health, or the departure from a place called home. Whether you are mourning a person or a chapter of your life that has closed, your experience belongs here. We invite you to the loss and grief program dedicated to honoring the full spectrum of human loss.
Why Join This Program?
Society often tells us there is a “right” way to grieve or a specific timeline to follow. This group is built on the belief that all loss is valid. In this space, we bridge the gap between different types of losses to find common threads of healing and resilience.
- Shared Humanity: Connect with others who understand the ache of "before and after."
- Honest Dialogue: A sanctuary where you don't have to "put on a brave face" or justify your sadness.
- Expert Support: Facilitated by therapists trained in both bereavement and complex life transitions.
- Pathways Forward: Finding ways to integrate what was lost into who you are becoming.
- Evidence-based insights you can apply daily
- Opportunities for personal reflection and guided discussion
Our facilitators bring professional expertise, compassion, and cultural sensitivity to every session, ensuring that participants feel seen, supported, and empowered.
